While we are quite confident that you will be over thermion with our products, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods, or request an exchange within 28 days.

We would like to make this process ease and swift, therefore, please make sure the goods are unwashed, unmarked, and with all original labels and tags attached. Goods will not be accepted if they are returned in any other condition.

Please note that returning goods will be at your expense. We recommend using a tracked delivery service since we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit back to us. This stage may change soon as we’re working to supply free ready-to-use return service stickers. For the time being, please send the goods with the original delivery note to: The Husk Co., Studio G9, 171 London Road, Edinburgh EH7 6AE. 

When we have received the goods from you, and they meet our returns policy conditions, we will proceed as per your request: exchange for another product or issue a refund.

Exchange:

Once we  have received and accepted the goods for an exchange, we will despatch your replacement within 14 days.

If the product you request is not available, we will automatically refund you the transaction cost within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Refund:

When your return is accepted, we will process the refund onto the original card used for the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. If you paid using a gift card, we will refund the amount onto the gift card or issue a new one.
