By default, we are currently using Hermes for all domestic deliveries.
The service is easily tracked and you can even use an app to alter the delivery.
You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Standard delivery (3 – 5 days) is free for all orders over £50.
Standard shipping charges for smaller orders are:
Expedited delivery adds £5 to the shipping cost.
We are able to use DPD or UPS upon request. These charges would be calculated according to carrier’s quotation on the day. Please contact us to use these options.
While we are quite confident that you will be over the moon with our products, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods, or request an exchange within 28 days.
We would lie to make this process easy and swift, therefore, please make sure the goods are washed, unmarked, and with all original labels and tags attached.
If you request an exchange, we will despatch your replacement within 14 days.
If you request a refund, we will process the refund onto the original card used for the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Please note that returning items will be at your expense. We recommend using a tracked delivery service since we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit back to us.
